25/04/15 - NOT BEING TAUGHT? CLAIM A REFUND!
As reported by both The Daily Mail and The Guardian, students are entitled to a refund of part or all of their tuition fees if they are not being provided with an education worth the the high fee!
Complaints can be made to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA), who state that just like any other service, consumers expect to get what they are paying for.

Feedback for assignments worth only 10% takes the same amount of time as those worth 50% despite class sizes shrinking!
